Why do I find it difficult to live where I do?

I live by beach and have lived there since I was born. However, I seem to be the only person in the entire neighborhood that hates where I live. You would think that since I grew up here, I would be used to it, but instead I want a place in the country so I can have a tractor collection. Unfortunately, where I live, any tractor that is larger than a lawnmower is prohibited, the humidity is unbearable, the neighbors are nice but nosy, and my parents always want me to be outside but the stuff I want to do outside is either not allowed or impossible to preform in the provided environment. Everybody that I know that lives out in the country that will allow me to hang out with them are either too busy or too far away. What do I do?
