I have a question about Moral Waivers and the US Navy. Please Help!?

There is a chance the recruiter may not file the forms so make sure you keep them. If this happens it won't make any difference. I doubt anyone will even find out that you have a misdemeanor unless you try to get a security clearance. I'd say you have nothing to worry about.
