What would you do if a gang of thugs was chasing you down in a dark alleyway?

Put on my overdrive and run faster. I guess the only choices are flee, fight or sucb. If one had some method to knock them dead, out, or turn around then use it, other wise run faster than they. Of course if they catch you, you are at their total mercy, which may be a dead meat situation for you, or at best left naked and bleeding on the hard asphalt in the dark alleyway. Life is fun isn't it?
