Wedding location ideas-nwi, vegas, destination wedding-please help?

I am looking for a nice place to get married. I want it to be outdoors and a very scenic for good pics. It depends on what day you ask me, b/c I cant really make up my mind on what type of wedding I want. I was married b4, but did that at the local court house. Some days I want the whole shabang, but I do have 4 kids and just built a new house so then I go back to thinking of all that money we will spend for one day. We are for sure not having a wedding for at least another year, but I would still like ideas. Anyone had a vegas wedding at a nice hotel(not a drive thru wedding) or what about a destination wedding. how did it work for you and where did you go? did you go visit the place and look around just as you would have if it were local? Thanks, any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
