I'm going to Seoul, south Korea on this 23december... does it snow a lot by the time i reached there?

It doesn't snow a lot, but it will be pretty cold. The weather here is already down in the 30's for a high some days and 40's on most days with colder weather coming. When I lived in Seoul/Incheon two years ago we got snow that stuck on the ground twice a year. Only one of those two times was it as significant amount. This year we moved back to Seoul and I would guess it will be the same.
