Confused,Embarrased and just plain pissed off!! Glad its not me?

One of my homegirls just came over. She was creeping around with her brothers best friend.He said he really liked her and things were going good. She has with him and he confesses he wants to be with her and needs to be more stable since he got laid off and wants to find another job before they get together. He also confessed that he still loves his baby mama but doesnt like her and is tryin to move on but she threatens him. Now my friend is pregnant, has TRich, BV ,a yeast infection and to ashamed to even tell her family especially her brother. He told her is wasnt a good idea cause its his friend. What addvice should i give her in her current situation. SHe is scared to tell him what is going on and havent spoken to him since she found out a week ago. I say beat his *** what do you all think?
