I usually feel a bit sick when I am hormonal. I usually have bloating, some cramping, and an upset stomach days before my period. The symptoms that are related to pregnancy are morning sickness, sore , frequent urination, or even tiredness.However, all these early signs of pregnancy need to be confirmed through a test for these to be considered as pregnancy symptoms.
