It depends what youre looking for, do you want a horse that you can have for a long time, train, possibly show? In that case id go with teddy, just because he seems to have better confirmation and of course is younger. If you want a horse that has had all the time to train her put into her already and just want a friend you you can ride casually and hang out with but also not have her for an extremely long time then id go with crystal. But its really up to you which on you go with. you also have to look at size and and the ability of both etc. and get both checked out by a vet (including x-rays), maybe that will be the determining factor for which on you buy
