I just upgraded to windows7 and can't remem. my p wd. for sbc. for windows live email. any suggestions.?

U can have other email accounts imported in to windows live. I have my comcast account. but can't remember the sbc pword that u put in for the account when u set up the email . I've tried everything i can think of. is there anyway to change it or find it somewhere hidden in the pc. I have some of the old windows left in here but not to much. I also am trying to delete some of the old windows stuff to make more room on my c.drive, what can I delete from it? Anyone have any answers.
