How did they get Jigsaws body out for the autopsy,without the guy that was lookiing for his daughter, Im lost!

also it showed Jigsaw's body current in the 3rd movie on the table in the frezzer room where he was killed in the 3rd movie! While in th 4th movie the Coroner was completing an autopsy on him????
