Gangs of kids?

why do these kids now days think they own the streets my husband has just been to the shop and these little b***ards have just tried to rob him and when he stood up to 1 of them he shouted of about 5 more of his little hoody mates to help them the only reason they havnt beat my husband up is because 1 of them knows my son what can we do to get these idiots of the streets me personaly i think all kids under a certin age should have a curfew 11-16 what do you think?
