What jobs opportunities can I have If I double major in Spanish and Biology?

I was just curious what kind of jobs I can get with a double major in Spanish and Biology. I also speak French too at a proficient level (my mother tongue). I was thinking of becoming an interpretor for something big like for the UN. Or either becoming an optometrist and used those languages as an et. What do you think?
