you only need one egg. for liquid, i use 1 can of cream of mushroom soup so about 1/2 cup will do. i use bread crumbs, not cracker crumbs but either way, about 3/4 of a cup will do.when you're done mixing it all together it should be able to hold it's shape fairly well. if it doesn't and is a bit mushy, add some more crumbs. if it's too stiff, add more liquid
