Undergraduate University for law school?

Hi, I'm applying right now for an undergraduate degree and I really wish to go to law school. I would like to apply to an Ontario school. I like the University of Toronto, McMaster, Waterloo and Western. The only problem I have is with U of T because I know its very hard to get a high average there. My average in high school is maybe 95% now? But to maintain that in university I know is a different story. Especially a school like U of T, but the name looks great on an application. What would you do? Anything helps :)
