Did Obama compare himself to Ronald Reagan when describing his first year in office?

Ronald Reagan was pretty much a cunning Richard Nixon with convenient Alzheimer's. Kinda like able but mainly for the elitist who could care less about the poor and middle cl. He is clearly no Jimmy Carter who is pretty much sincere in much of what he did by his strict upbringing and ethical standards.
