Adding a college football playoff?

If you remove two non-conference games from the regular season, and make ALL games in conference games, you could easily have a 16 team playoff system with your conference champs..i.e SEC, BIG TEN, ACC, PAC TEN, CONF USA, and so on., and have at-large teams in the mix. Then, the conference games would be SO much more important. Besides, no one cares if Penn State clobbers Youngstown State by 63. Have seeding by strength of schedule and watch it finally get settled on the field and not by what I'm typing on now. I could enjoy watching the number one team in the land get beaten by Ball State in a first round playoff game. That alone is what draws everyone to March Madness. A game may look like a forgone conclusion before tip-off, but you watch anyway, just in case a miracle happens.
